Hazardous Materials

Based in Huntsville at Station #2, the Huntsville Walker County HAZMAT consists of firefighters from throughout the county and are a member of a surrounding HGAC 13 county unit.  They respond to any type of hazardous situation and utilize cutting edge technology to control the situation and provide safety to the citizens of Walker County.  They work in close contact with the Huntsville and Walker County Emergency Management Offices, as well as provide mutual aid to surrounding areas.  Team coordinator: John Hobbs and Assistant Coordinator: Tim Buhler.
